OPOC / PDOK
OPOC (Office Patronal d’Organisation et de Contrôle des Régimes de Sécurité d’Existence), Also known in Flanders under the name PDOK (Patronale Dienst voor organisatie en controle van de bestaanszekerheidsstelsels) is an institution that collects funds through the contributions of entrepreneurs registered in it. From the collected funds, OPOC pays out annual loyalty bonuses to employees registered by registered entrepreneurs.
Every entrepreneur operating in the construction industry in Belgium (Belgian and foreign) is required to register at OPOC. The registration involves the obligation to submit quarterly special declarations and pay contributions. It should be remembered that non-performance of the aforementioned obligations by a subcontractor may result in deduction of relevant amounts by the investor or contractor for whom such subcontractor provides construction services
.
An entrepreneur may be exempted from the obligation to pay premiums upon certain conditions. Detailed information is provided by KomFort Polska consultants during meetings.
