After obtaining the A1 form and a certificate stating the nature, period and type of activities carried out on the territory of Poland – the first activity that must be carried out before starting work is to obtain a work permit. For this purpose, it is necessary to submit an appropriate application for a work permit (Certificat de Déclaration Préalable / Zertifikat zur Vorabmitteilung für Dienstleistungen) in the appropriate office. The application shall be accompanied by a certificate stating the nature, period and type of activities performed on the territory of the Republic of Poland obtained earlier. Remember to get the certificate before work begins.
