After obtaining a work permit the next step that a Polish entrepreneur should take before going to Luxembourg with the intention of implementing construction works there, is to submit a written notification of the construction of the so-called CDS / MEA (Communication de Détachement de Salaires / Mitteilung zur Entsendung von Arbeitnehmern) in the appropriate office. When reporting the conduct of work there is no need for each of the delegated employees to submit a separate application, it is enough to submit an application by an employer – a foreign entrepreneur.

If the work in Luxembourg is of a long-term nature, we can inform the office at the first notification. After that, it will be sufficient to provide a summary of the work for the previous period by the end of the month. By mutual agreement, the deadline for filing applications may then be extended to one quarter or a half-year.
