Church roof renovation

Renovations are a type of project that demand experience and precision from the construction team. Working on religious buildings presents a challenge not only because of their cultural and historical significance but also due to their often complex structures.

One of our subcontractors was responsible for the complete renovation of a church roof in Belgium. The specialists first removed the old roofing and elements of the roof structure. They then replaced the damaged decking, prepared the underlayment, and installed a new natural slate covering. Additionally, their tasks included the installation and soldering of gutters, downspouts, and ventilation components.

This is yet another project where the results speak for themselves. Our subcontractors were tasked with creating a new facade and roof for buildings commissioned by a Belgian client. The team carried out tasks including the removal of old coverings, cladding, and gutters, as well as the replacement of damaged decking. They then proceeded with the installation of insulation and the new roofing, along with the installation of the facade cladding made of artificial slate. The scope of work also included finishing the chimneys and installing roof drainage elements.

The subcontractor’s team carried out the work on a villa-type residential building in the Flanders region.

The task of installing horizontal lattice cladding included, among other things: PUR insulation, double lathing with fir wood, and black vapor barrier foil. The team also handled the finishing work around all windows and doors.

In addition to construction teams specializing in roofs and facades, we also collaborate with experts in the field of electrical work. One such company recently worked on a commercial building. The specialists were responsible for distributing power and lighting cables, as well as installing lighting fixtures and sensors.
