Just like last year, we are back with a summary of construction projects completed abroad in cooperation with KomFort. Our construction companies have once again earned the trust of clients and demonstrated their expertise, including in roofing and façade works. Facade works project – recreational infrastructure cottages

This project holds a special place in our portfolio. The task of the construction team was to carry out the façade works for cottages located in a picturesque forest setting. Wooden cladding turned out to be a perfect fit for such an environment.

According to the scope of work, the specialists completed, among others: installation of a rainproof membrane, lathing, and cladding, including the plinth finished with Trespa panels.

Roofing project – Renovation of a natural slate roof

Our portfolio would not be complete without a showcase from the roofing sector. This time, we present a roof renovation carried out with natural slate. The first stage involved dismantling the old covering. Next, the roofers reinforced and replaced the damaged parts of the roof truss, followed by the installation of the new covering – including lathing, the underlay and finishing of the ridge and roof edges. Their tasks also included:

• installation of a zinc gutter and downpipes,
• installation of roof windows and ventilation elements,
• and other finishing works.

Flat roof and façade renovation

Thanks to the work of our construction companies, this building has gained a completely new look. The project included:

• Flat roof renovation with a sealing membrane: including insulation, roof drains and attic wall finishing.
• Façade renovation: including lathing, installation of a vapor barrier foil, insulation, façade panels and finishing of the plinth with a system of clinker façade panels.

Finishing works carried out by a partner construction company

It’s time to showcase one of our many finishing projects. The construction company was responsible for installing wall and floor tiles in a single-family residential building. Their tasks also included precise cutting and high-quality aesthetic finishing.

Construction of a wooden pathway and platforms

We conclude our article with another project carried out in a natural setting. Our client entrusted the construction team with building a 200-meter pathway in the forest. The key installations included:

• beams
• flooring
• railings

The result of their work is a durable structure that blends beautifully into the surrounding landscape.
